A fall alternative to perfect summer grilling recipes – roast chicken in 3 steps!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Chicken wings
3 lbs.
Olive oil
2 tbsp.
Soy sauce
½ cup
Ketchup
2 tbsp.
Honey
1 cup
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas Mark 5.
- Take a 9x13 baking dish and place chicken in it.
- Combine all the other ingredients (from oil to pepper) in another bowl and por the sauce over the chicken.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until the sauce becomes caramelized.
