Your loved ones are gonna love this special deviled eggs with cream cheese!
INGREDIENTS

White sugar
3 tbsps
Water
3 tbsps
Salt
to taste
Rice vinegar
1 tbsp
Ground black pepper
to taste
Chives
1/4 cup, chopped (for topping)
Red jalapeno pepper
1, sliced into rings (optional, for topping)
Paprika
for garnish (optional)
Cream cheese
2 tbsps
Mayo
1/3 cup
Sriracha
1/2 tsp
Dijon mustard
2 tsps
DIRECTIONS
- Cover eggs with water in a pot. Over high heat, bring to a simmer. Remove the pot from heat. Cover and allow it to stand for about 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Place pepper rings in a small bowl. Pour the syrup over the rings. Stir.
- Drain the eggs. Fill the saucepan with cold water. Place the eggs in the cold water for 15 min.
- Peel the eggs. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Place egg yolks in a bowl. Cover the egg whites with a damp towel.
- Mash together yolks, Sriracha, cream cheese, mayo, and mustard. Add rice vinegar and stir. Season with salt and black pepper. Place the filling into the shells.
- Top eggs with pepper rings and chives (or sprinkle with paprika). Serve chilled. Enjoy your Deviled Eggs!
