Not exactly no bake cookies, but these no bake granola bars are a healthier alternative, and they are just as tasty!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 24
Rolled oats
1 cup
Steel-cut oats
1 cup
Crispy rice cereal
1 cup
Mixed dried fruit, chopped
½ cup
Chopped almonds
½ cup
Butter
¼ cup
Melted butter
1 tbsp.
Brown sugar
½ cup
Honey
¼ cup
Vanilla extract
2 tsp.
Mini chocolate chips
½ cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brush a 9x13 baking dish with melted butter.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats with steel-cut oats, crispy rice, almonds, and chopped dried fruit.
  3. Add butter to a saucepan, melt over medium heat. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and honey. Continue stirring and heating until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Combine both mixtures, stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish. Top with chocolate chips, press to make them stick. Chill for about an hour before slicing up and serving.
