This crowd-pleasing spinach dip is a creamy blend of cream cheese and spinach!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Frozen chopped spinach
1 (10-oz) package, thawed and drained
Sour cream
1 cup
Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp
Round, crusty Italian bread
1 (1-lb) loaf
Mayonnaise
1 cup
Chopped green onions
3/4 cup
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Dried parsley
2 tsps
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix thawed and drained spinach, sour cream, green onions, dried parsley, mayo, juice, and salt. Refrigerate.
  2. Cut a circle out of the top of the loaf of Italian bread. Scoop out the inside. Tear the inside into pieces (use for dipping). Spoon chilled spinach dip into the center.
  3. Preheat oven to 300° F (150° C). Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil. Place in the oven for about 1 hour. Remove the dip from the oven and turn foil back. Serve with pieces of bread for dipping. Enjoy your healthy spinach dip!
