This crowd-pleasing spinach dip is a creamy blend of cream cheese and spinach!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Frozen chopped spinach
1 (10-oz) package, thawed and drained
Sour cream
1 cup
Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp
Round, crusty Italian bread
1 (1-lb) loaf
Mayonnaise
1 cup
Chopped green onions
3/4 cup
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Dried parsley
2 tsps
DIRECTIONS
- Mix thawed and drained spinach, sour cream, green onions, dried parsley, mayo, juice, and salt. Refrigerate.
- Cut a circle out of the top of the loaf of Italian bread. Scoop out the inside. Tear the inside into pieces (use for dipping). Spoon chilled spinach dip into the center.
- Preheat oven to 300° F (150° C). Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil. Place in the oven for about 1 hour. Remove the dip from the oven and turn foil back. Serve with pieces of bread for dipping. Enjoy your healthy spinach dip!
