INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

Tomato sauce

Chili powder

Green bell pepper

Taco sauce
12 oz.
Oregano, dried
½ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven up to 350°F/175°C/gas mark 4.
  2. Take a medium-sized frying pan and place chicken breast halves into it. Cook them over medium heat until juice appears and chicken changes its color. After that, drain grease from chicken. Cut the cooked chicken into small cubes and place it into the frying pan again. Chop onion and green bell pepper. Add the chopped onion, sour cream, parsley, Cheddar cheese, black pepper, and oregano. Heat the frying pan until the cheese is melted. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, chili powder, minced garlic, and chopped green pepper.
  3. Place even amounts of the mixture on tortillas, then roll them. Place them on a baking dish. Cover the tortillas with ¾ cup Cheddar cheese and taco sauce. Bake the tortillas for about 20 minutes in the oven.
