INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
Salt
to taste
All-purpose flour 
2 tbsps
Egg, beaten 
1
Panko breadcrumbs 
1 cup
Oil for frying 
1 cup
Pepper 
to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Put flour, egg, and breadcrumbs into separate bowls.
  2. Coat the chicken in flour. Dip in egg and press into the breadcrumbs. The chicken breasts should be well coated. 
  3. In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch of oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes each side.
