INGREDIENTS

Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
Salt
to taste
All-purpose flour
2 tbsps
Egg, beaten
1
Panko breadcrumbs
1 cup
Oil for frying
1 cup
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Put flour, egg, and breadcrumbs into separate bowls.
- Coat the chicken in flour. Dip in egg and press into the breadcrumbs. The chicken breasts should be well coated.
- In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch of oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes each side.
