Skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1/4 cup
Chicken bouillon powder
2 tsps
Boiling water
1/2 cup
Lemon juice
3 tbsps
All-purpose flour
1/4 cup
Garlic powder
1/8 tsp
Paprika
1/8 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Beat egg with 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, and paprika. Dip chicken in the egg mixture. Then dip in the flour mixture.
- Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Dissolve chicken bouillon in the boiling water. Add 2 tbsps of lemon juice. Pour into the skillet. Cover and simmer for 20 min, turning once. Serve and enjoy your Chicken Piccata!
