INGREDIENTS

Butter
2 tbsps
All-purpose flour
2 tbsps
Milk
1 cup
Chicken breast meat
1/2 cup, cooked and cubed
Ham
1/2 cup, cooked and cubed
Wide egg noodles
1/2 cup, cooked
Celery
1/4 cup, chopped
Salt
1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
Cheddar cheese
3 ounces, shredded
Paprika
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. While preheating the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C, place a large saucepan over low heat to melt butter. Once the butter is melted, add flour, stirring well. Heat until bubbly. Slowly pour in milk until the mixture is thickened and homogenous, stir well.
  2. Remove from the heat and add chicken, ham, celery, and noodles. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake for 5-10 minutes more, until cheese is melted.
