This simple red wine sauce makes chicken so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Paprika
1 tbsp
Brown sugar
1 cup
Red wine
1 cup
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Minced garlic
1 tbsp
Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 lbs
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until tender. Add chicken and cook for about 10 min on each side.
- Drain oil from the skillet. Sprinkle the chicken with 1 tbsp paprika and sugar. Pour wine around the chicken.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes. While simmering, baste the chicken with the sauce. Add salt and pepper.
