Kidney beans 
4 (15 oz) cans
Dark beer 
1 (12 fl oz) can
Brewed coffee 
1 cup
Chile peppers, seeded and chopped

Onions, chopped

Garlic, minced 
3 cloves
Ground beef 
1 lb
Beef sirloin, cubed 
3/4 lb
Peeled and diced tomatoes with juice 
1 (14.5 oz) can
Tomato paste 
2 (6 oz) cans
Beef broth 
1 (14 oz) can
Dried oregano 
1 tsp
Ground cayenne pepper 
1 tsp
Ground coriander 
1 tsp
Brown sugar 
1/2 cup
Chili powder 
3 1/2 tbsps
Cumin seeds 
1 tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 tbsp
Salt 
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions, beef, sirloin, and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes, until the meat is browned. 
  2. Mix tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, beer, brewed coffee, and broth. Season the mixture with sugar, cocoa, coriander, oregano, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add 2 cans of beans and chile peppers. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Continue cooking for 90 minutes. Add 2 cans of beans. Cook for 30 minutes more. Serve and enjoy your Chili with Coffee!
