Brewed coffee

Beef sirloin, cubed

Peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
1 (14.5 oz) can
Tomato paste
2 (6 oz) cans
Beef broth
1 (14 oz) can
Dried oregano
1 tsp
Ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp
Ground coriander
1 tsp
Brown sugar
1/2 cup
Chili powder
3 1/2 tbsps
Cumin seeds
1 tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp
Salt
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions, beef, sirloin, and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes, until the meat is browned.
- Mix tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, beer, brewed coffee, and broth. Season the mixture with sugar, cocoa, coriander, oregano, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add 2 cans of beans and chile peppers. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Continue cooking for 90 minutes. Add 2 cans of beans. Cook for 30 minutes more. Serve and enjoy your Chili with Coffee!
