INGREDIENTS

1 cantaloupe melon, peeled, seeded and cubed
Orange juice
2 cups
Lime juice
1 tbsp
Cinnamon
¼ tsp, ground
Mint
for garnish
DIRECTIONS

Blend cantaloupe and ½ cup orange juice in a food processor until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large bowl. Add lime juice, cinnamon and remaining orange juice and mix. Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Garnish with mint before serving.
