These Hoisin Sauce Pork Tenderloins make an easy yet tasty meal everyone will love.

Trimmed pork tenderloins
1 ½ lb.
Black bean sauce
1 tbsp.
Soy sauce
2 tbsps.
Sherry
1 tbsp.
Hoisin sauce
2 tbsps.
Sherry
1 tbsp.
Black bean sauce
1 tbsp.
Ginger root
1 ½ tbsp.
Sugar
1 ½ tsp.
Clove garlic
1
Sesame oil
½ tsp.
Five-spice powder
1 tsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Take a glass dish and place pork tenderloins into it.
- Take a small bowl and mix hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, bean sauce, minced ginger root, sugar, sesame oil, 1 clove garlic, and five-spice powder together. Pour the mixture on pork until it’s coated. Cover the dish and put it into your fridge for 2 hours.
- Heat the oven up to 375°F/190°C/gas mark 5.
- Before baking, remove the pork tenderloins and let them warm up a bit. Then bake them for half an hour.
