These chocolate covered strawberries are perfect as a dessert for two!

INGREDIENTS

Shortening

2 tbsps

Fresh strawberries with leaves

1 lb

Milk chocolate chips

16 oz

Toothpicks

DIRECTIONS

Stirring occasionally, melt chocolate chips and shortening in a double boiler until smooth. Dip the strawberries into chocolate.
Insert toothpicks into each strawberry's top and urn the strawberries upside down. After that, insert the toothpicks into styrofoam to allow the chocolate to cool.
