INGREDIENTS

White sugar
2 cups
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup
Vegetable oil
1/2 cup
Eggs

Salt
1/2 tsp
Confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
2 tsps
All-purpose flour
2 cups
Baking powder
2 tsps
DIRECTIONS
- Mix cocoa, sugar, and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir well. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the cocoa and sugar mixture. Chill for 4 hours, covered.
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Coat them with confectioners' sugar. Place them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Keep them on the baking sheet for 1 minute. Transfer the cookies to wire racks to cool. Serve and enjoy your Chocolate Crinkles!
