These easy-to-make churros are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!
INGREDIENTS

Water
1 cup
Vegetable oil
2 tbsps
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Oil
2 quarts
White sugar
1/2 cup
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp
White sugar
2 1/2 tbsps
Salt
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Mix water, 2 1/2 tbsps sugar, salt, and 2 tbsps vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Add flour until the mixture forms a ball.
- In deep-fryer, heat oil to 375° F (190° C). Using a pastry bag, pipe strips of dough into the fryer. Cook until turns golden. Drain.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Roll churros in the mixture. Serve.
