INGREDIENTS

Mayonnaise
1 cup
Distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup
Elbow macaroni
4 cups
White sugar
2/3 cup
Prepared yellow mustard
2 1/2 tbsps
Salt
1 1/2 tsps
Green bell pepper
1, seeded and chopped
Carrot
1/4 cup, grated
Pimento peppers
2 tbsps, chopped
Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
Onion
1, chopped
Celery
2 stalks, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water in a large pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add elbow macaroni. Cook 8 min (until tender). Rinse and drain.
- Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chopped onion, celery, pimento peppers, pepper, grated carrot, and macaroni. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 h). Serve and enjoy your Macaroni Salad!
