INGREDIENTS

Ground beef
1 lb
Dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup
Onion
1/3 cup, chopped
Milk
1/4 cup
Ground black pepper
1/8 tsp
Shortening
1/4 cup
Tomato-based chili sauce
12 fl oz
Grape jelly
1 1/4 cups
Egg
1
Salt
1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Mix beef, bread crumbs, milk, chopped onion, egg, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a bowl. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat shortening in a large skillet. Cook meatballs for 5 min, until browned. Drain on paper towels.
- Add tomato-based chili sauce and grape jelly to the skillet. Stir until the grape jelly is melted. Add the meatballs. Stir to coat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Cocktail Meatballs!
