INGREDIENTS

Milk
½ cup
Butter
½ cup
White sugar
2 cups
Unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tbsp.
Rolled oats
3 cups
Shredded coconut
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Add butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder to a saucepan; place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring, for one full minute.
- Remove from heat, mix in oats and shredded coconut.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the baking sheet. Let set at room temperature or chill.
