INGREDIENTS

Milk
1 cup
Cream of coconut
1 14-oz can
Heavy cream
1 ½ cups
Sweetened coconut flakes
1 ½ cups
DIRECTIONS
- Add cream of coconut and milk to a food processor, process until well blended.
- Add coconut flakes and cream, mix to combine.
- Transfer to the ice cream maker pot, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to freeze.
