These macaroons are so quick and easy to prepare that you’ll definitely want to cook them for every occasion!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
All-purpose flour
2/3 cup
Flaked coconut
5 ½ cups
Salt
¼ tsp.
Sweetened condensed milk
1 (14 oz.) can
Vanilla extract
2 tsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Take cookie sheets and line them with either parchment or aluminum foil.
- Combine flour, coconut, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add milk and vanilla and stir them in using your hands until the mixture is well-blended.
- Take an ice cream scoop and use it to drop the dough on the baking sheets. Make sure the macaroons are about a golf ball size.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until coconut is toasted.
