Zucchini Cakes Recipe: These vegetarian 'crab' cakes are made with zucchini but taste like real crab cakes!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 5
Zucchini 
2 1/2 cups, grated
Egg
1, beaten
Butter
2 tbsp, melted
Seasoned bread crumbs 
1 cup
Onion 
1/4 cup, minced
Old Bay Seasoning 
1 tsp
All-purpose flour 
1/4 cup
Vegetable oil 
1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine grated zucchini, egg, and butter in a bowl. Add crumbs, onion, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix. Shape into patties. Dredge the patties in flour. 
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high. Fry the zucchini patties until golden. Serve and enjoy!
