Yummy Corn Dogs

Serve these tasty corn dogs with mustard!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 16
Yellow cornmeal 
1 cup
All-purpose flour 
1 cup
Salt 
1/4 tsp
Black pepper 
1/8 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying 
1 quart
Beef frankfurters
2 (16 oz) packages
Wooden skewers 
16
White sugar 
1/4 cup
Baking powder 
4 tsps
Egg 
1
Milk 
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, pepper, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add eggs and milk. Stir. 
  2. In a deep saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Insert skewers into beef frankfurters. Roll in the batter.
  3. Fry for 3 minutes, until lightly browned (2 at a time). Drain on paper towels. Serve and enjoy your Corn Dogs!
