Tortillas recipe: These delicious Corn Tortillas are made with only two ingredients: masa harina and water!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 5
Masa harina 
 1 3/4 cups
Hot water 
1 1/8 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix masa harina and water in a bowl. Knead the dough until pliable and smooth. Cover the dough tightly and let it stand for half an hour.
  2. Preheat a cast-iron skillet to medium-high.
  3. Divide the dough into 15 balls. With your hands, press each ball flat between plastic wrap sheets.
  4. In the skillet, cook for 30 seconds per each side (until browned). Transfer tortilla to a plate. Repeat with each ball. Cover tortillas with a towel to keep them warm and moist. Serve and enjoy your Corn Tortillas!
