Beef brisket
1 (3 pound)
Chili sauce
2 (12 ounce) bottles
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
Garlic powder
2 teaspoons
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine chili sauce, garlic powder, and onion soup mix. Put the brisket into a slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it. Place the lid on the cooker, and cook on the Low setting for 6 to 10 hours. Slice the brisket against the grain and serve with the gravy.
