1 ½ cups
Cream cheese
1 package (8 ounce)
White sugar
3 cups
Vanilla extract
1 tbsp
Almond extract
1 tsp

DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 325°F/165°C/Gas Mark 3.
- Take a 10-inch tube pan and grease it.
- Whisk together the first three ingredients (from butter to sugar) until smooth.
- Add the extracts of vanilla and almond and stir well.
- Stir in the flour and the eggs alternately. Start with the flour and end with it, too.
- Put the batter into the tube pan.
- Cook at 325°F/165°C/Gas Mark 3 for 1 hour 15 min. Check if the cake is done inserting a toothpick into its center. Remove the pound cake from the oven when the toothpick comes out clean.
