These cupcakes are delicious and easy to make! Perfect with any frosting!

Unsweetened cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Use paper lines to prepare 36 muffin cups.
- Mix all-purpose flour, white sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl. In the center of the mixture, make a well and pour in eggs, oil, 1 cup milk, water, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix. Fill 36 prepared muffin cups half-full.
- Bake for 15 min. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. Let cupcakes cool.
- Mix butter and shortening until smooth in a bowl. Add confectioners' sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Mix well. Beat in 3 tbsps milk and 1 tsp vanilla extract (until fluffy).
- To fill cupcakes: Fill a pastry bag with a small tip with the filling and push the tip through the bottom of paper liner to fill cupcakes. Enjoy your Delicious Cupcakes!
