INGREDIENTS

Orange cake mix
1 (18.25 oz.) package
Orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 oz.) package
Boiling water
1 cup
Instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.4 oz.) package
Milk
1 cup
Vanilla extract
1 tsp.
Orange extract
1 tsp.
Frozen whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) container, thawed
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the cake mix, place it into a 9x13 inch pan, and bake it according to the package directions. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes in cake while it’s still hot.
- Take a medium bowl, add boiling water and Jell-O mix, and prepare gelatin.
- Pour the gelatin over the cake while gelatin is still liquid and cake is hot, then let the cake cool completely.
- Add vanilla pudding mix and milk to a medium bowl, stir in vanilla and orange extracts, and fold in the topping. Spread the mixture evenly over cake.
- Keep the cake in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
