Vegetable oil

Milk

All-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS
- Combine milk, flour, salt, eggs, and vegetable oil in a blender. Blend. Refrigerate for 1 hour, covered.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the skillet with oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the milk mixture into the skillet. Tilt to coat the surface. Turning once, cook for 2 minutes until golden. Repeat the process with the remaining mix mixture. Enjoy your Crepes!
