A bit sweet, a bit tangy, and a bit zesty – this fresh cucumber and avocado salad will become the hit of your BBQ party!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Cucumber
1, peeled and thinly sliced
Red onion
1, small, thinly sliced
Fresh dill
1/3 cup, chopped
Garlic
1 clove, quartered
White sugar
2 tbsps
Salt
1 tsp
Avocado
1, ripe, peeled, pitted, and chopped
Red wine vinegar
¼ cup
DIRECTIONS

1.  Take a large mixing bowl and toss cucumber with onion, garlic, dill, sugar, and salt. Chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
2.  Add avocado to the cucumber mixture, mix gently. Chill in the fridge for another 10 minutes, then drain. Remove and discard garlic. Pour in red wine vinegar, mix well.
