INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Cucumbers
2, peeled, seeded and sliced
Greek yogurt 
2 cups
White sugar 
1/2 tsp
Kosher salt 
1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 
3 tbsps
Fresh mint 
2 tbsps, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, yogurt, lemon juice, chopped mint, sugar, and salt.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, covered. Enjoy your Cucumber Raita!
