If you're up to Mexican mood try these easy-to-make Black Bean Jalapeno Burritos!
INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil
2 tbsps.
10-inch flour tortillas

Chopped onion

Chopped red bell pepper
½
Minced garlic
1 tsp.
Canned black beans, drained
15 oz.
Jalapeno peppers
1 tsp.
Cream cheese
3 oz.
Salt
½ tsp.
Fresh cilantro, fresh
2 tbsps.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Wrap flour tortillas in foil. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Take a 10-inch frying pan. Pour oil on it and then heat it over medium heat. Place chopped bell pepper, garlic, onion, and jalapenos in the frying pan. Cook it for 2 minutes. Don’t forget to stir it occasionally.
- Place beans on the frying pan and cook them for 3 minutes.
- Cut the cheese into little cubes and place them on the frying pan. Add salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add cilantro. Stir.
- Place the mixture on the center of warmed tortillas. Roll the tortillas up.
