INGREDIENTS

Pumpkin puree
1 (15 oz.) can
Eggs
4
Vegetable oil
1 cup
Water
2/3 cup
White sugar
3 cups
All-purpose flour
3 ½ cups
Baking soda
2 tsp.
Salt
1 ½ tsp.
Cinnamon
1 tsp., ground
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp.
Ground nutmeg
1 tsp.
Ground cloves
½ tsp.
Ground ginger
¼ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Take three 7x3-inch loaf pans, grease and flour them.
  3. Take a large bowl and combine the first five ingredients (from pumpkin puree to sugar) in it.
  4. Take a separate bowl and whisk together all the remaining ingredients (from flour to ginger) in it.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stir well, and pour the batter in the loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center of the pumpkin bread comes out clean.
