INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Fresh broccoli 
2 cups, chopped
Butter 
2 tbsps
Salt 
1 tsp
Black pepper 
1/2 tsp
Butter 
1 tbsp, melted
Onion 
1, minced
Garlic 
1 tsp, minced
Pie crust 
1 (9-inch), unbaked
Mozzarella cheese 
1 1/2 cups, shredded
Eggs 
4, beaten
Milk 
1 1/2 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add minced onions, garlic, and chopped broccoli to the saucepan. Stirring, cook until soft. Spoon into the crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. In a bowl, combine beaten eggs and milk; season with salt and pepper. Add butter and stir well. Pour over the vegetables.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes (until the center of the quiche has set). Enjoy your Vegetarian Quiche!
