INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Chicken breast meat, diced and cooked
2 cups.
Fettuccini pasta
8 oz.
Milk
1 cup
Flour
2 tbsps.
Cottage cheese
1 cup
Garlic powder
½ tsp.
Onion, minced
3 tsps.
Parmesan cheese
½ cup
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Flat leaf parsley, minced
1 oz.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Lightly salt water and heat it to its boiling point. Place pasta into the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain. Add parsley and toss.
  2. Place flour, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, 1 cup milk, onion, pepper, and salt into a food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Take a saucepan and place the mixture into it. Cook over medium. After that, add the chicken breast meat and cook until heated through. Mix with pasta.
