1 ½ pounds
1 onion, chopped
Dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp., prepared
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Combine the first five ingredients (from beef to bread crumbs) in a large bowl, season the mixture with salt and pepper, and put on a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan.
- Take a small bowl and combine all the remaining ingredients (from sugar to ketchup) in it. Stir the mixture well and pour it over the prepared meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour.
