INGREDIENTS

Lean ground beef
1 lb.
Salsa
2 cups
Chili beans
1 (16 oz.) can, drained
Tortilla chips
3 cups, crushed
Sour cream
2 cups
Sliced black olives
1 (2 oz.) can, drained
Green onion
½ cup, chopped
Fresh tomato
½ cup, chopped
Cheddar cheese
2 cups, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/ Gas Mark 4.
- Prepare a large skillet, add ground beef, and coo over a medium-high heat until the meat is no longer pink.
- Add salsa, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add chili beans, stir well, and heat through.
- Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and spray it with cooking spray. Add tortilla chips and spread them in one layer, then add the beef mixture and spread it over the chips.
- Add one layer of sour cream and sprinkle all the remaining ingredients in turn over the dish (from olives to cheese).
- Bake for about half an hour or until bubbly and hot.
