Any pasta
1 (16 ounces) package
Plum tomatoes
2, seeded and diced
Olive oil
½ cup
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Fresh basil leaves
½ cup, cut into thin strips
Salt and pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the pasta following the package directions, drain.
- In a bowl combine tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and basil.
- Coat the cooked pasta with the tomato mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
