INGREDIENTS

Milk
2 cups
Eggs
4
Biscuit baking mix
3/4 cup
Butter, softened
1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup
Chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 (10 oz) package
Cubed cooked ham
1 cup
Shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F . Grease a 10-inch dish.
  2.   Combine milk, eggs, baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Beat together.
  3.   Add broccoli, ham and Cheddar cheese. Stir in. Pour into the dish.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
