INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
4 eggs, beaten
Black pepper
½ tsp.
Feta cheese
3 tbsp., crumbled
Milk
1 tsp.
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Combine eggs and pepper in a small bowl and crumbled cheese and milk in another small bowl.
- Add oil to a large non-stick skillet and heat it over a medium-high heat.
- Beat eggs to the skillet and tilt it until its bottom is evenly covered with the egg mixture.
- When the eggs are ready, put the feta mix in the center of the eggs, in one line.
- Use a spatula to fold the egg mixture over top and bottom of feta cheese and fold the sides over.
