INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
4 eggs, beaten
Black pepper
½ tsp.
Feta cheese
3 tbsp., crumbled
Milk
1 tsp.
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine eggs and pepper in a small bowl and crumbled cheese and milk in another small bowl.
  2. Add oil to a large non-stick skillet and heat it over a medium-high heat.
  3. Beat eggs to the skillet and tilt it until its bottom is evenly covered with the egg mixture.
  4. When the eggs are ready, put the feta mix in the center of the eggs, in one line.
  5. Use a spatula to fold the egg mixture over top and bottom of feta cheese and fold the sides over.
