INGREDIENTS

Cumin
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Onion
1/2, diced
Frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
1 (10 oz) box, chopped
Garbanzo beans, drained
1 (12 oz) can, drained
DIRECTIONS
- Over medium heat, heat oil in a skillet.
- Add garlic and onion. Cook for 5 min, or until translucent. Add spinach, beans, cumin, and salt. Stir. Lightly mash the beans with a spoon. Continue cooking until heated. Serve and enjoy your Spinach with Garbanzo Beans!
