This baked fish in foil recipe is foolproof and amazingly delicious! Done in just 30 minutes!
INGREDIENTS

Rainbow trout fillets

Olive oil
1 tbsp
Fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced
1
Lemon, sliced
1
Garlic salt
2 tsps
Ground black pepper
1 tsp
Lemon juice
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- Rinse trout fillets. Pat dry.
- Rub fish with oil. Season with 2 tsps garlic salt and 1 tsp black pepper. Place fish fillets on foil sheets. Top the fillets with slices of jalapeno peppers. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish fillets. Place lemon slices on top. Seal all edges of the foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes. Check for doneness using a fork: the fillets should flake easily. Enjoy your baked fish!
