Eggs
3, beaten
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Semisweet chocolate
4 (1-oz) squares, chopped
Butter
1/2 cup
White sugar
3/4 cup
Cocoa powder
1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300° F (150° C). Prepare a round cake pan by greasing and dusting with cocoa.
- Melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat. Add white sugar, cocoa, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour into the cake pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in the cake pan for 10 minutes. After that, turn the cake out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your No-Flour Chocolate Cake!
