Milk
¾ cup
White vinegar
2 tbsps.
Flour
1 cup
Sugar
2 tbsps.
Baking powder
1 tsp.
Baking soda
½ tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Egg

Melted butter
2 tbsps.
Cooking spray
Honey
¼ cup
Walnuts, chopped
¾ cup
Banana, sliced

DIRECTIONS
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix milk and white vinegar. Put the bowl aside for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add egg and butter into the milk mixture. Whisk.
- Pour the flour mixture into the medium-sized bowl. Whisk well.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium. Coat the frying pan with cooking spray. After that, pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan using ¼ cup for each pancake. Cook the pancakes until they’re brown on both sides. Top with honey, walnuts, and sliced banana.
