So yummy and comforting! This old-fashioned Southern Peach Cobbler can be on table in just 1 hour!
INGREDIENTS

Fresh peaches
8, peeled, pitted and sliced into wedges
Brown sugar

6 tbsps, chilled and cut into pieces
Boiling water

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
- Combine fresh peaches, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, nutmeg, fresh lemon juice, and cornstarch in a bowl. Toss to coat. Pour into a baking dish. Bake 10 min.
- Combine all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Blend in butter with a pastry blender and add water and stir until just combined.
- Remove baked peaches from the oven. Drop spoonfuls of the flour mixture over the peaches. Mix 3 tbsps white sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle the cobbler. Bake for half an hour, until golden. Serve and enjoy your Southern Peach Cobbler!
