INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Semisweet chocolate chips 
1 1/2 cups
White sugar 
3/4 cup
Baking powder 
1/2 tsp
Confectioners’ sugar
1 tbsp
Garbanzo beans 
 1 (19 oz) can, rinsed and drained
Eggs

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch cake pan by greasing it.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave (2 min, stirring every 20 seconds after the 1st minute). 
  4. Place garbanzo beans and eggs in the food processor's bowl and process until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Add white sugar and baking powder. Blend. Add chocolate. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Transfer to the cake pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness: insert it in the center and check if it comes out clean.
  7. Allow the Gluten-Free Cake to cool in the pan on the wire rack for 10 minutes. Before serving, dust with confectioners' sugar.
