This no-flour cake is probably the most decadent and delicious chocolate cake in the world!
INGREDIENTS

Semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups
White sugar
3/4 cup
Baking powder
1/2 tsp
Confectioners’ sugar
1 tbsp
Garbanzo beans
1 (19 oz) can, rinsed and drained

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Prepare a 9-inch cake pan by greasing it.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave (2 min, stirring every 20 seconds after the 1st minute).
- Place garbanzo beans and eggs in the food processor's bowl and process until the mixture is smooth.
- Add white sugar and baking powder. Blend. Add chocolate. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Transfer to the cake pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness: insert it in the center and check if it comes out clean.
- Allow the Gluten-Free Cake to cool in the pan on the wire rack for 10 minutes. Before serving, dust with confectioners' sugar.
