Oil for frying

Seasoned bread crumbs

All-purpose flour

Milk
1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Mix garlic powder, black pepper, salt, paprika, bread crumbs, and all-purpose flour.
- Whisk together milk and egg in another bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Dip chicken into the egg mixture. Coat the chicken in the garlic mixture.
- Fry the Garlic Chicken for 5 min per side, or until juices run clear. Serve and enjoy!
