INGREDIENTS

Penne pasta
1 (16 oz.) package
Olive oil
¼ cup
Garlic
3 cloves, chopped
2 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Dried parsley
1 tbsp.
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp.
Black pepper
½ tsp.
Parmesan cheese
¼ cup, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water into a large pot, season it with salt, and bring to a boil over a medium heat.
- Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain pasta and return it to pot.
- Pour 1 tbsp. of olive oil into a skillet and heat it over a medium heat.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, and parsley and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season the mixture with red pepper flakes and black pepper, stir the mixture into the pasta, and add the rest of the olive oil.
- Sprinkle cheese on pasta and serve.
