INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Penne pasta
1 (16 oz.) package
Olive oil
¼ cup
Garlic
3 cloves, chopped
2 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Dried parsley
1 tbsp.
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp.
Black pepper
½ tsp.
Parmesan cheese
¼ cup, grated
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour water into a large pot, season it with salt, and bring to a boil over a medium heat.
  2. Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.
  3. Drain pasta and return it to pot.
  4. Pour 1 tbsp. of olive oil into a skillet and heat it over a medium heat.
  5. Add garlic, tomatoes, and parsley and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Season the mixture with red pepper flakes and black pepper, stir the mixture into the pasta, and add the rest of the olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on pasta and serve.
