INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Unsalted butter, softened
6 tbsp.
Olive oil
1/4 cup
Minced garlic
1 tbsp.
Minced shallots
1 tbsp.
Minced fresh chives
2 tbsp.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Paprika
1/2 tsp.
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shallots, softened butter, garlic, olive oil, chives, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the shrimp, and toss all the ingredients together.
- Lightly oil grill grate. Fry the shrimp as close to the flame as possible for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Do not overcook them, otherwise they will be rubbery.
