INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Tomato juice 
4 cups
Fresh parsley 
1/4 cup, chopped
White sugar 
1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Pepper 
to taste
Onion 
1, minced
Green bell pepper 
1, minced
Cucumber 
1 cucumber, chopped
Tomatoes 
2 cups, chopped
Green onions 
2, chopped
Dried tarragon 
1 tsp
Dried basil 
1 tsp
Garlic 
1 clove, minced
Fresh lemon juice 
3 tbsps
Red wine vinegar 
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until well-combined but slightly chunky. Chill for 2 hours or more. Serve and enjoy your Gazpacho!
