INGREDIENTS

Potato gnocchi
2 (12 oz) packages
Butter
1/4 cup
Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsps
Garlic, minced
1 clove
Dried sage
1 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water in a large boil. Add salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add gnocchi. Cook for about 3 min (until they float to the surface). Drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for about 4 minutes. Add sage and salt several seconds.
- Add gnocchi. Toss with 1/4 cup cheese and pepper. Serve with 2 tbsps Parmesan. Enjoy your Gnocchi with Butter Sauce!
